Who Are We & What Do We Do?

YipitData’s Recruiting team collaborates with all departments across the company to secure our growing organization’s most valuable resource - its people! There are two main functions within the Recruiting team: Recruiting and Recruiting Operations. Our Recruiting function is responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and bringing in highly-qualified talent to meet our organization’s hiring needs and, ultimately, our business goals. Our Recruiting Operations function is responsible for enabling the Recruiting team to be efficient and effective by creating best-in class recruiting processes and programs and by eliminating inefficiencies. Across both functions, we aim to provide a consistently great experience for everyone involved in the hiring process.
