Partnerships Team

We identify and secure strategic partnerships with the newest, most exciting datasets in the world. We also empower firms in non-competitive sectors with our own data assets.

“I joined Yipit when we had zero third-party datasets. We have since licensed data from over 40 partners and even acquired our own e-receipt panel. The Partnerships team has been pioneering our company's growth as we expand our universe of data access. On top of the great culture and work life balance, I can clearly see my impact as our ARR has grown 10x since we began incorporating third-party data.”

Who Are We & What Do We Do?

The Partnerships team’s mission is twofold: (1) identify and secure strategic partnerships with the newest, most exciting datasets in the world (“Data Partnerships”), and (2) empower firms in non-competitive sectors with our own data assets (“Channel Partnerships”). We are responsible for product strategy, prospecting, developing robust partner relationships, project managing data evaluations, building investment cases, negotiating complex agreements with partners. Our goal is to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth by: (1) bringing in new data sources that allow us to launch new products and (2) acquiring new and growing existing Channel Partners to help our company achieve our goals. Within Partnerships, we have Partner Development, Account Executive, and Client / Partner Strategy roles.

What Do We Value?

  • Data Intuition & Judgment

How well our team understands the ways potential datasets can be applied to business challenges determines our effectiveness. Our mission is to identify and source high-value datasets, as well as to determine which of these to sell through our channel partners.

  • Ownership

Demonstrating ownership of strategic objectives is essential. We hold ourselves accountable to the leading indicators needed to drive successful outcomes, and we find a way to achieve our goals, regardless of how many times we fail or need to change our strategy.

  • Communication

Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as attention to detail, are critical to our team’s success.
