Who Are We & What Do We Do?

The Business Development team is responsible for managing the commercial relationships with investor clients. Our focus is the revenue growth of our business and expanding the partnerships across our client base. We do this by mapping overlap with our coverage/product pipeline, understanding our users’ investment focus, guiding the sales strategy, and building lasting relationships. Our skill specialization centers around communication, account planning, advanced negotiations, and sales process. The team collaborates closely with our Client Strategy team to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with clients.

Client Strategy’s goal is to be a research partner to our clients - almost as if we were an extension of their team! We do this by being experts on our products and their associated investment narratives; identifying exactly which businesses our clients care about and why; and providing proactive engagement and real-time responses to our clients’ key questions. We always aim to maximize client value via our product offering and the research expertise we deliver.
