Who Are We & What Do We Do?

The Corporate Account Executive (AE) and Client Strategy (CS) team’s mission is to manage and drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth with our existing portfolio of clients. Our aim is to deliver high value against business-critical objectives, all while providing great service such that we can expand our commercial relationship and ensure long-term client retention. AE owns the commercial relationship, inclusive of upsells and renewals; CS owns existing products purchased by the client and is responsible for engagement and gross retention.
